Service: Roof Installation 

Innovators Construction removed our old roof and installed a new one, replaced two skylight windows and corrected connects from exhaust fans opened to the attic to the vents on the roof.


Nelson and team were easy to work, communicated consistently, offered a good price, and did very high quality work. They cleaned up after themselves.


The one problem (caused by the roofing material company's delivery driver) they offered to fix and even gave a respectable discount for the trouble, which I expect and hope they recoup from the supplier. We're very happy with the results and will work with them on our future projects.

Very responsive and professional. Got me the bid when they said they would. Did the work on time. Project lead was great about answering my questions and walking me through the process. The work done was very professional and it was a difficult project including removal of 4 layers of cedar shakes and lifting and cutting down two skylight boxes. They were also great about cleaning up and spent a long time scanning for nails.. I would use them again.

It was clear that Andy takes a lot of pride in his work. As we talked through the plans for the patio cover, he had some great suggestions for a little more materials cost that made a huge difference to the end result - the new patio cover is beautiful!

And we're excited to have a much more functional laundry room.

Innovators was super pleasant to work with and made our first major remodel a positive experience. I plan to work with them in the future for sure. The team was very respectful of our space and working around the other things happening in the house during construction. We were surprised how clean they were and how often the 'reset' the space after each work day. We gave them a challenging job that not many build companies could understand, and they tackled it like true pros. Andre is an incredible team leader and was able to figure out all the challenging aspects of the job, consulting with me when necessary. We had one tricky issue that arose from not having enough detailed drawings of our vision (not their fault but mine!) , and instead of leaving me to deal with it they actually pulled a longer day to make sure I'm happy. It's really intense to pull the home apart for a job like this but these guys actually made it super positive experience and the skylight is AMAZING. Everyday we appreciate the expanded view and light that we get. Thanks to Nelson also who was a super pro project manager the whole time and kept us posted with great communication on scheduling and budget. We are grateful for this team .
